Service is provided for home pick-ups from: 4 AM to 11 PM.
Pickups from Sky Harbor to the Surprise area are provided from 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM only. For Mesa Gateway from 8 AM to 12:30 AM.
Office hours are: 9 AM to 9 PM MST. Reservations and changes to existing reservations can be made during these times and not earlier or later.
** During busy travel days when there are multiple changes to schedule due to weather delays, etc., we may ask if you are willing to share to help us provide the best service for everyone. If you are able to do so you there will only be one other stop & you will receive a discount.
If your airline cancels your flight or you decide to make a change that is within our cancellation timeframe please contact the office before making new flight arrangements to make sure that we have availability for your new date/time. Please refer to your email confirmation for information regarding cancellation, lost luggage, and for other terms of service. We are not responsible for unexpected traffic delays, acts of GOD or for items left in the vehicles. Smoking is not permitted. At no point in time will foul language or verbal abuse be tolerated.
